Cancellation & Returns
You may return a product that you’ve purchased from Artyz for an exchange or credit note. We strictly do not provide refunds. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. Any returns beyond this point cannot be accepted by us. Please note that all products handcrafted/handpicked can potentially have some minor differences in detailing from the illustration provided in the website.
In order to return your order you will need to complete all of the following steps:
1. You are required to fill an online return form available on our website, stating why you wish to exchange the product. You should hear from us in one working day’s time.
2. Once your return is approved you are required to send back the products you wish to return. Please note that you will have to bear any courier costs involved in this process.
3. Kindly ship the product out within 7 working days of the receipt of the product and please do inform ILA customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number and courier service for the same.
While the exchange process could take longer due to sending products back and forth, make sure to inform us within 7 days of the delivery of the product about the exchange with your order number and full name.
Am I eligible for an exchange?
Yes. You are eligible for an exchange if the you are exchanging an item purchased within 7 days and you have one of the two below mentioned issues:
1. Size Issue
• You may exchange the item for a product of the same style in a different size or any other product of your choosing.
• You are required to pay any difference in price in case you choose a higher value product.
• In case you choose a lower value product then you will be a provided with a credit note for the balance amount.
• Artyz does not ensure availability of all sizes at all times, hence in the event we do not have your available size, you will be provided a credit note with which you may purchase something else.
We strongly suggests that before you shop, kindly do go through the size chart tab that we have provided on the website. The best way to shop garments online is by comparing the measurements mentioned on the website with a garment you already own.
2. Manufacturing Defect
• In case of a manufacturing defect, please write to us immediately at shop@theartycrafthub and send out the product within 7 days of receiving the same.
• Once we have verified the damage, defect and/or error, you shall receive a replacement or a full refund for the product amount only and will not be charged a return-processing fee.
Please note all products under discount are not valid for any exchange as the above mentioned criteria for an exchange apply only to products sold at full price and do not apply to products sold at discounted prices.
3. Running Material
As running material is something that is cut out specifically as per your requirements. We do not accept returns or exchanges having to do with this range of products. Hence all products purchased online or otherwise as running material are not eligible for exchange.
• Artyz can refuse an exchange if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used.
• Please ensure the product is in its original condition with the price tags intact. Products will also have to packaged as per standards when shipped back to Us for a return/exchange.
If you want to cancel your order you will need to comply with the following:
• Cancellation made within 24 hours from the time of purchase will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations beyond 24 hours will be treated as an exchange and hence are eligible for exchanges or credit notes as long as they are made within 7 days from the time of purchase.
By using this website, you signify your agreement to the terms of this return policy, Artyz reserves the right to change and modify portions of terms of this return policy at any time.
